Located at Dózsa György út 28, this is a clean and modern salon. It seems to be part of the Saeng Tian chain, although there’s no information about this on their website. However, you can still make a booking for the salon online. Upon checking in at reception, I was asked to pay upfront. The receptionist explained this was because my massage would take place across the landing in a different section. The massage cubicles are quite nice - clean and not cramped like in many other places. The massage itself took place on a table, which I find more comfortable than a mattress. The masseuse I had was Maya, who speaks reasonable English (or at least I think she does, she didn’t speak much). I opted for an oil massage, and Maya definitely seems to know her stuff. Overall, I’d definitely recommend the salon for its cleanliness and relaxing vibe. The reception could be a little friendlier, but I would definitely recommend Maya for anyone looking for a competent and professional massage.

Kanthong Thai Massage is a traditional Thai massage salon on Thököly út 167 in Budapest's 14th district. The therapist is Thai, the techniques are genuine, and the menu covers more ground than most places in the city. The core offering is traditional Thai massage — thumbs, elbows, forearms, even feet — with more stretching and movement than you'd get from a Swedish table massage. If you want something more about relaxation than deep work, the oil massage and warm coconut oil massage are good options. Beyond that, the menu includes neck, shoulder and head massage, Thai balm massage (using herbal extracts for stiff joints and muscle soreness), hot lava stone massage, herbal compress massage, Swedish massage, and a Mix Massage that blends oil and traditional Thai techniques with stretching.
